We are excited to showcase our recent fire rebuild project. Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Sonoma County, this custom home perfectly balances modern farmhouse design with the charm of its surroundings. This home was a complete fire rebuild after the 2017 Tubbs Fire. Both Glenn Filshie and David Taylor designed this single level home with an open concept floor plan. It is situated on an acre down a private lane in the desirable Riebli Valley in Santa Rosa, CA. This 4000 sf home has 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a large guest room with its own entry and bathroom. With thoughtful architectural design, we prioritized an open floor plan that maximizes natural light and promotes a seamless flow.

Situated atop a gently sloping ridge overlooking the city rested this magnificently modern home. An expansive 3-bedroom plus pool house, 4 bath, finely tuned residence featuring striking modern design, dynamic open spaces, expansive tall walls of glass, gorgeous natural lighting, stunning westerly views and a vibrant personality and lifestyle from sunrise to sunset.

This mid-century house enjoys stunning views from its hilltop perch in California. The original house was an accumulation of past structures and additions, resulting in a second story that was built on the roof of the first story and multiple structural faults. This remodel originally began with the kitchen and ended up with a complete overhaul.

Filshie Enterprises turned a 1,800 sf ranch-style home into a two-story modern farmhouse in the beautiful country. The living room was completely demoed, and a new living room was built beneath the new master. With the new modern stairway in the center of the house, the dining room sweeps into the updated chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops.

Perched on the side of Porter Creek Mountain, this beautiful 2000sf three-story home with a drive-through garage had beautiful views overlooking the valley. Filshie Enterprises has extensive experience in fire rebuild projects, particularly following the Tubbs Fire. One notable project is the Porter Creek new home rebuild, which features a master bath designed as an eclectic, resort-style meditation space with stunning tiling. Filshie Enterprises is known for providing unique and original ideas with meticulous attention to detail.

We were asked to help build this 8000 sf luxury home in the prestigious private residential community located in the hills northeast of Santa Rosa overlooking Riebli Valley. Most of the homes were destroyed by the Tubbs fire in October 2017, and we were happy to help this family rebuild their beautiful home. We helped them stay within their budget and under the timeframe we were given.

After the devastating wildfires that impacted so many families, our team was dedicated to helping this household restore its sanctuary with care and precision. The beautiful 2200 sf house has 3 bedrooms and a huge office with French doors.

This custom single-level 2800 sf home has big sweeping porches in the front and back, along with a pool and a large 3-car garage. The custom kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops and Viking appliances. Experiencing a home fire is devastating, but rebuilding can be an opportunity for a fresh start. Embarking on a bathroom remodel can be an exciting and rewarding project. Whether you’re updating outdated features, improving functionality, or creating a spa-like retreat, careful planning is essential. The bathroom remodel transformed a dated space into a modern oasis of comfort and style. The project kicked off with a thorough assessment of the existing bathroom, taking note of the homeowners’ desires for improved functionality and a fresh aesthetic.

We removed the old winery that still had the steam engine belt fed grape crusher destemmer and press in it. We also removed three young barn owls and relocated them to a bird sanctuary. We then proceeded to replace the old barn with a 12,000sf modern facility with a tasting room in the front and offices above.

Situated in the charming community of Monte Rio in Sonoma County, this approximately 12,000 square foot multi-family property had nine cabins in a park-like setting. These units were very outdated and needed some renovations. Filshie Enterprises helped remodel and update numerous units, making them more habitable. We worked with the client to stay within their budget while updating the units.
